The Maine Room

The Maine Room is a lovely studio, completely renovated and holds one full-size bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker.

The Dakota Room

The Dakota Room is a bi-level studio that’s been completely renovated. It features one full-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette that comes with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker.

The Bishop Suite

One of the largest accommodations here at Incentra Village House, the Bishop Suite consists of three floors and features a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, sized between a twin and full-size bed. A short staircase leads to the loft, holding a full-size bed. A few steps down and you’ll find a private bathroom and kitchenette. 


The rear-facing Bishop Suite is located on the second floor.

The Garden Suite

The Garden Room sets itself apart by featuring a full kitchen, complete with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. True to its name, the room sports a floral theme, from the colors to the artwork, and even comes with a fantastic view of the onsite garden. The suite comes with a full-size bed and private bathroom.


The Garden room is located on the ground floor, facing the rear.

The Stonewall Room

If you are interested in sleeping in, the Stonewall Room is for you.


This large studio is located in the basement of Incentra Village House, further isolating you from noise and distraction. The room contains two full-size beds with a private bathroom and a small kitchenette. The room's aesthetics are more modern than other rooms at our establishment but are no less beautiful.

The Washington Suite

This studio is taller than the other rooms at Incentra Village House, granting a more spacious feel to the room. The room features a full-size bed on the main floor and a double futon in the loft above. Like many of our other rooms, the suite comes equipped with a small kitchenette and private bathroom. 


The front-facing Washington Suite is located on the parlor level.

The Stable Room

The Stable Room is so named because it occupies what once was the original stables for the property back in the 1800s. The room is themed with beautiful items and decorations that evoke memories of the past.


Guests can enjoy the full-size bed, private bathroom, and other amenities such as a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker.


The room is located on the ground floor and faces the front.
